- Ingredients:
- 3–4 ripe Kesar mangoes
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp milk or water (optional)
A pinch of cardamom powder
- Process:
- Peel and remove the pulp from mangoes.
- Blend the pulp until smooth.
- Add sugar and a little milk/water if needed (preferably milk).
- Mix well and chill before serving.
👉 Serve with puri or chapati.
2. Mango Milkshake – A creamy and refreshing drink made with ripe mangoes and milk—naturally sweet, thick, and full of flavor.
- Ingredients:
- 2 ripe Kesar mangoes
- 2 cups chilled milk
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Process:
- Add mango pulp, milk, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
👉 Serve chilled.
3. Mango Shrikhand – A rich and traditional dessert made by mixing mango pulp with hung curd—perfectly balanced, creamy, and delicious.
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup thick hung curd (strained yogurt)
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 3–4 tbsp powdered sugar
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Process:
- Whisk the hung curd until smooth.
- Add mango pulp and sugar.
- Mix well until creamy.
- Add cardamom powder and chill.
👉 Serve cold as a dessert.
4. Mango Desert – From mango ice creams to cakes and puddings, Kesar mango adds a royal touch and natural sweetness to every dessert.
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups mango pulp
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- Crushed biscuits or cake pieces
Process:
- Mix mango pulp with sugar.
- In a glass, layer crushed biscuits or cake.
- Add a layer of mango pulp, then whipped cream.
- Repeat layers and top with cream.
- Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
